Lillian Cain

Pursuit Concierge Specialist

Pursuit Physical Therapy is committed to providing the best treatment and to exceed expectations throughout your patient experience.   We take every measure possible to make sure every patient’s journey towards recovery is an easy one.  We are pleased to introduce, Lillian Cain, as our Pursuit Concierge Specialist!

Lillian has joined the Pursuit Physical Therapy team to help provide our patients with the very best care and make sure all of our patient’s needs are taken care of.   As the Concierge Specialist, Lillian ensures an efficient and smooth patient experience throughout every patient’s journey to full recovery and achieving their goals. Lillian graduated from the University of North Texas in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. Right out of college she joined staff with an international mission organization called Cru because of a desire to help people walk through their spiritual journeys.  After 4 years with the ministry, Lillian felt called to pursue a career helping people through healthcare and in 2016 accepted a position fundraising with a local hospital.

In 2018, Lillian became a patient here at Pursuit. Having been in pain for almost 9 years, she was very intrigued by Pursuit’s treatment approach.  She experienced firsthand how Pursuit was different from the dozens of other pain-relief strategies she had already tried.   As she received treatment and started feeling better, she fell in love with Pursuit’s philosophy and the quality of care she received.  So, when she learned that the Pursuit team was looking to hire someone to help boost the patient experience, she eagerly requested to be considered for the position!

Today, Lillian is excited to help care for other patients like herself by providing them with compassionate support along their path to a pain-free life.  As Pursuit’s concierge specialist her role will include answering patient’s questions and helping to ensure you receive the best possible care before, during, and after treatment has started. She will also assist with scheduling initial evaluations, treatment sessions, and social media marketing.

We are thrilled to have Lillian join the Pursuit family and feel this will benefit our patients greatly by offering an additional level of support and guidance.  If you have questions about your pain or injury, our treatment approach, or our unparalleled patient outcomes, please call Lillian at 407-494-8835 to start your journey in getting pain free again.
