“Dr. Michael Fabrick brought me back from facing serious spinal fusion surgery and got my pain level down from a 9 to a 0 in less than 6 weeks. I had debilitating sciatic nerve pain caused by a spinal fracture and protruding discs between L3-L4 and L4-L5. I am a tennis player and could not enjoy the activity I love the most, nor could I even stand or walk for more than 2 minutes at a time. I had undergone months of pain mgt. and “one size fits all” physical therapy at a well-known hospital system in Orlando to no avail, and was advised I needed spinal fusion back surgery… Now I have my life back!!! I am lifting weights and ready to start tennis again. Words do no justice in describing what Dr. Fabrick and Pursuit Therapy have done for my mind, body and spirit. Not only am I pain free now, but I have a maintenance plan for the future so I can avoid ever being back in the same predicament again. My experience has been incredible and worth every cent. I assure you that the testimonials on this website are all true – they are incredible professionals, their skill-levels are UNMATCHED and they change lives every day! Believe it. Go there. Get your life back too!“

“…Ron’s office was totally different. He did a thorough evaluation of my pain and what might be the cause of the problem. What makes his practice so unbelievably different is the one-on-one treatment time. Ron literally is working with you for an hour and only you! At the previous group I went to, the therapist saw 3-4 people at a time. With Ron, I was the only patient and his focus was 100% on getting me back on my feet (pun intended!)…In one month I went from a feeling of despair (due to poor treatment practices of previous therapist) to knowing that I would become pain free… In addition to the quality and expert care I received, Ron is a very positive, encouraging, and (sometimes) funny guy! Haha! 5 stars all the way!“

Tennis is a demanding sport that requires significant muscle movement and mobility. Over time, this amount of activity can lead to an injury that forces you to stop playing the sport until it heals. But, it won’t always go away on its own. Our physical therapists know what tennis requires from your body and muscles, so they can find the root of the issue faster and easier.

Ermelinda is pain free and back playing tennis 4x a week!

“I am a tennis player and play an average of 3 to 4 days a week. In the last couple of months, I have experienced severe lower back to the point where I couldn’t walk 1 block let alone play my tennis. Went to an orthopedic doctor, had an MRI, he suggested surgery or an epidural. Had two epidurals, they helped the sharp pain but the back was still not good enough to play tennis. A good friend told me about Dr. Miller. I made an appointment on a Monday, Dr. Miller checked over my MRI and said he would get me back on the courts. That Monday he worked with me then gave me an exercise to do at home I made another appointment to come back on Wednesday, he would then let me know on Wednesday if I could play on tennis Thursday. We worked out that Wednesday and he told me to go for it on Thursday. I have been playing tennis ever since and feeling great. Worked another couple of days with Dr. Miller and then was released. I told him I have a personal trainer 2 days a week, so he e-mailed my trainer with the exercises that work for me. I can’t believe that in less than 1 week working with Dr. Miller I was back playing tennis. Doctor Miller is my hero, I am now a happy camper doing what I love to do again.”

Lily is back with full mobility competing in her tennis league and staying active!

“Dr. Ron Miller is the best! I play tennis regularly and do yoga to maintain flexibility. Several months ago I developed shoulder pain that was limiting my physical activity, computer work, and even sleep. I tried sports massages, a chiropractic adjustment, and when those didn’t work, I went to my primary physician. He suggested MRI, cortisone shots, and even scoping it, but I was more interested in trying physical therapy first. I found Pursuit Physical Therapy by searching online. The website focuses on results, and that is what I wanted. One week after the first treatment I was playing tennis with much more strength in my serve and groundstrokes. After just three sessions we’re done! I am pain-free, my upper body mobility has increased dramatically, and I’m now doing the strengthening exercises that Ron (Dr. Miller) gave me. I am so excited about this and thankful for finding Pursuit Physical Therapy. He takes all the time that’s necessary during the free evaluation to pinpoint the exact source of your problem and then addresses it with therapy and specific exercises to do at home. He really listens to your feedback and is genuinely committed to your healing process. I’m now in my 60’s and I compete in tennis against people in their 40’s and 50’s! Ron’s treatment has kept me active and competitive in tennis league playing 5x week. He has allowed me to prevent injuries from happening, increase my fitness, and increase my strength. His approach allows me to keep progressing on the court, moving better, and hitting stronger. I highly recommend him, not only to resolve your pain but also if you want to stay active and feel better. ”

Read Susan’s Story

Susan is back playing tennis without Achilles pain!

“In October 2017, I began having heel pain. I am a tennis player and I had taken the summer off for vacation and other interests; so when I began grinding it out on the tennis courts after my 3-month hiatus, it didn’t surprise me that I was having some aches and pains. I kept playing. The pain increased; I wrapped my foot, heel, and ankle with tape. I kept playing. The pain continued and became constant; I started getting regular leg and foot massages. I kept playing. I decided that this pain was my new normal and if I wanted to play tennis, I would just have to deal with it. I suffered from this pain for 10 months! It became so severe and so constant that I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning; that first step was excruciating! Finally, a teammate told me about Dr. Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy. Since I had tried everything else, I made the appointment. First, I was amazed that there was no wait time. I was scheduled immediately. Then when I went in, Dr. Ron asked me a few questions, listened intently, and knew exactly what to do. One Hour later, I felt a difference. I had suffered for 10 months and he made a difference in ONE HOUR! It took a total of eight sessions to completely alleviate my pain. Again, I had terrible heel pain for 10 months. I feared that this was a new, annoying part of my life. I had decided that if I wanted to play tennis, this was just part of it. Every time I stood up I would have to grit my teeth through the first few steps. It was That Painful! Enter, Dr. Ron and Pursuit Physical Therapy. Now, I am completely pain free! I play competitive tennis 5 days a week, and I run 20 – 25 miles a week. Dr. Ron is AMAZING! If you are having any pain at all, don’t wait! Call Dr. Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy! He CAN HELP! I cannot believe I waited so long before getting his help. He takes the time to hear you. He takes great care in your treatment. And, he explains every step of the way. My teammates and I call him “The Magician”. Don’t wait! Don’t live with pain! Call Dr. Ron Miller and Pursuit Physical Therapy!”
