“Michael is incredible to work with. He is extremely dedicated and hard working and that’s why I chose to work with him. He rehabbed my wrist and elbow for the last year and a half and I am very happy with the results. Each day we had a plan and a goal that we achieved. His care was way better than any other PT I’ve worked with. I saw results very quickly and got better each week. This allowed me to compete at my highest level. He is very professional and will fix anything that is hurting. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing an injury!”

“Dr. Michael Fabrick brought me back from facing serious spinal fusion surgery and got my pain level down from a 9 to a 0 in less than 6 weeks. I had debilitating sciatic nerve pain caused by a spinal fracture and protruding discs between L3-L4 and L4-L5. I am a tennis player and could not enjoy the activity I love the most, nor could I even stand or walk for more than 2 minutes at a time. I had undergone months of pain mgt. and “one size fits all” physical therapy at a well-known hospital system in Orlando to no avail, and was advised I needed spinal fusion back surgery. I found Pursuit Therapy when I googled sciatic nerve treatment. Admittedly, when I read the testimonials, I was skeptical. It just sounded too good to be true. Having nothing to lose, I gave them a shot as a last-ditch effort before surrendering to surgery. It was literally one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! My very first appointment was an evaluation with Dr. Michael Fabrick, a well-known tennis pro physio (check him out on My Tennis Life on the Tennis Channel)! He immediately gave me hope and, by the end of the initial 90-minute eval, he told me he could help me recover and play tennis again without surgery. I saw Dr. Fabrick 2x per week for 6 weeks and “graduated” from the program yesterday. I have my life back!!! I am lifting weights and ready to start tennis again. Words do no justice in describing what Dr. Fabrick and Pursuit Therapy have done for my mind, body and spirit. Not only am I pain free now, but I have a maintenance plan for the future so I can avoid ever being back in the same predicament again. My experience has been incredible and worth every cent. I assure you that the testimonials on this website are all true – they are incredible professionals, their skill-levels are UNMATCHED and they change lives every day! Believe it. Go there. Get your life back too!”

“I recently had the privilege of working with Michael at Pursuit, and I can confidently say that it was a 10/10 experience. As someone dealing with shoulder & elbow pain, I sought out Pursuit for specialized training in tennis-related recovery and strengthening. From the start, Michael demonstrated a deep understanding of the nuances of tennis movements and the specific challenges faced by tennis players. What set Michael apart was his ability to tailor the recovery and strengthening process to my individual needs as a tennis player. His expertise allowed us to have meaningful discussions during sessions, diving into the root causes of my pain and developing solutions. One of the most valuable aspects of my experience was Michael’s shared passion for the sport.
This passion translated into a level of detail and insight that I hadn’t encountered elsewhere. It was evident that Michael genuinely cared about my progress and well-being, going the extra mile to ensure that the entire process was on track. Moreover, I appreciated the at-home program provided by Pursuit, which allowed me to continue working on my shoulder outside of sessions. This approach to recovery underscored Pursuit’s commitment to long-term results and client satisfaction. In summary, my experience with Michael and the team at Pursuit was exceptional. For anyone dealing with tennis-related pain or seeking to optimize their performance on the court, Pursuit is the clinic of choice. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.”

“After not getting the results I wanted from a different physical therapy provider I found Pursuit physical therapy and decided to give them a try. Dr. Fabrick provided me with a thorough evaluation of my shoulder injury that I had been dealing with for about 2 months at the time. He quickly found some tricks to relieve the majority of pain I was experiencing and then provided me with exercises to strengthen the muscles that were weak. He found the root cause of the pain which my first therapist did not identify and treated it accordingly. After about 5 sessions with Dr. Fabrick I was feeling much better and the majority of my pain was gone. After my 10th session I am able to play tennis and lift weights again without experiencing a flare up. If you are looking for a physical therapist I highly recommend Dr. Fabrick as his knowledge and experience was extremely helpful to me.”

“My middle back was really bothering me, I had aching pains that wouldn’t go away and it was very uncomfortable. My dad used Ron when he had plantar fasciitis and he helped him tremendously. So, he was the first physical therapist we called. I had been to several chiropractors and massage therapists and neither were able to help relieve my pain. When I saw Ron, he knew I needed to do and gave me exercises to do to strengthen and stretch my back. This helped to completely get rid of my pain and not just feel temporary results. Within two to three weeks I started feeling relief and this was a huge blessing, but about two months after I had no pain. I am a competitive water skier and was having trouble skiing due to my back pain and now I am able to train without any pain. I would absolutely recommend Pursuit! Ron helped me tremendously and was always checking in to see how I was doing and offering up help. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!.”

“I realize this is long, but I personally appreciate detailed reviews when making a decision about medical care. A few months ago I started having pain in my right shoulder when I lifted my arm a certain way – – my shoulder would “catch” and I couldn’t complete the movement without pain or changing my motion. I do various classes at YMCA 4-5 days a week and play Pickleball for several hours twice a week, and this condition was my impacting my ability do either of things (and I felt these activities were just making it worse), and I felt it doing simple things about the house like lifting my hairdryer!
After an online search of PT offices in Orlando, reading multiple reviews and the bios of the PTs at each office, I selected Pursuit Physical Therapy. While all of the PTs sounded amazing with extensive and varied backgrounds, I selected Dr. Michael Fabrick. Michael did a thorough verbal and physical evaluation to identify the issue was in my rotator cuff (impingement of a tendon). In that first appointment he took me through a series of exercises to increase strength and mobility in a targeted area and he performed a variety of manipulation practices with my arm and shoulder. He prescribed some fairly simple exercises for me to do daily at home, and provided a band and video as needed. We also discussed modifications I should take at the gym, and what activities to pause for a bit. That evening I had an email from Michael summarizing what we discussed, and a few days later I received a text from him checking on my progress. With each weekly appointment there was evaluation, discussion of goals, repetition of prescribed exercises, introduction of new exercises, and further manipulation practices. Each was followed by a personalized email, and a text later checking on progress. After the 4th appointment I had full range of motion of back and did not experience any pain when I raised my arm. I wasn’t sure I needed a 5th appointment, but was glad I went one additional time for confirmation of progress, further manipulation, and to discuss how to avoid re-injury. I’m back to all activities at the gym and on the pickleball court, but continue to use what I learned to avoid re-injury.
Dr. Fabrick was excellent, and I liked the whole atmosphere of the office. My care and treatment were personalized, I felt I was listened to and understood, and that Michael sincerely cared about my treatment. I even had fun! I went to a corporate PT office about 6 years ago for the same issue and felt like a name on a clipboard, and it was very non-motivating (hence I did not experience success; I just completely stopped all activity for 6 months). I recommend Michael Fabrick and the team at Pursuit Physical Therapy without hesitation. (One final note … PT does not fully work unless YOU put in the work! You don’t get a prescription from a medical doctor and then not take the medicine, right? Do as you are prescribed at Pursuit Physical Therapy – it heals!)”

““I went to see Ron because of intense muscle pain I had since I was 14. I was referred from my mother who had a great experience going to Ron. At Pursuit, I was not just another number and was the only patient focused on during my sessions. Ron was the only doctor who did not suggest surgery to fix my symptoms. I can now play tennis pain free, which is something I never thought I would be able to do again. To anyone on the fence on whether to go to Pursuit or not, I highly recommend it!””

“I’m a professional competitive swimmer who went through a second shoulder surgery and had only six months to recover and compete at a global meet. After receiving sub-par treatment at another facility, I was referred to Ron, who immediately assessed the source of my pain while providing me a personalized post-surgical rehabilitation program. Within just four weeks I had a massive improvement in joint mobility, compared to the previous practice which left me stiff and weak. I never left his office in pain, and his fantastic home programs allowed me to continue pain-free outside of our office visits. His expert treatment enabled me to compete at my best within those six months (even when my surgeon told me I could not) and I swam my personal best times! I highly recommend Ron to anyone experiencing pain or needing physical therapy after surgery.”

“I went to see Ron Miller for chronic pain in my hip and lower back. I was unable to play tennis, work out with weights and could not sleep through the night. I attempted several treatment options including massage, chiropractic care and orthopaedic consultation with no relief from the pain. I received a consultation with Ron and he set up a treatment plan. I was pain free within 5 visits. I am grateful to have found the solution to my pain!”

“Ron has been instrumental in my recovery from a crippling disc injury to my lower back (L4,L5,SI). I first visited Ron after a Chiropractor initiated my back injury and couldn’t find a remedy. After shuffling through many profiles I chose Ron because of his stellar reviews from former clients with similar injuries. What stood out most about Ron was his attention to detail as he EDUCATED me on how/what specific movements and exercises will help the injury. The process we need to take and exactly how long it will take. He took his time and really designed a program catered to my level of fitness and limitations. Being a Fit Pro that work with Professional athletes this was extremely important. With this new knowledge I am able to return to work and golf pain free!”

“After a bad back injury backstage in 2013, I thought I would never be the same person again. I was constantly in pain, constantly re-pinching nerves, constantly taking sick days from work to lay in bed with back spasms. I’d been to dozens of physical therapists before I found Pursuit, all of whom told me to “rest, ice and stretch.” Those physical therapists gave me exercises and told me that I wasn’t flexible enough and my hamstrings were tight even though I spent the first hour of my day every day stretching. I had lost hope in physical therapy and resigned myself to the fact that I was going to be “broken” for the rest of my life. Then, I found Ron through a mutual friend. During the consultation, he recognized almost instantly that my sciatica was a result of neural tension and nerve scarring which came to be when I herniated a disc in my lumbar. I’d never been told anything close to that. From the initial consultation, his one-on-one approach to patient care meant that I was seeing just one physical therapist for one hour who was entirely focused on my goals. When I first walked into Pursuit’s lobby, I was at a 5/10 pain level and it was a good day. We discussed my goals for recovery and I told Ron that I wanted to “be less in pain.” Now, three months later, I am working out every day, I am back to ballet, and I haven’t felt an ounce of back pain in over a month. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of Ron Miller and Pursuit Physical Therapy—he has sincerely changed my life.”

“ In October 2017, I began having heel pain. I am a tennis player and I had taken the summer off for vacation and other interests; so when I began grinding it out on the tennis courts after my 3-month hiatus, it didn’t surprise me that I was having some aches and pains. I kept playing. The pain increased; I wrapped my foot, heel, and ankle with tape. I kept playing. The pain continued and became constant; I started getting regular leg and foot massages. I kept playing. I decided that this pain was my new normal and if I wanted to play tennis, I would just have to deal with it. I suffered from this pain for 10 months! It became so severe and so constant that I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning; that first step was excruciating! Finally, a teammate told me about Dr. Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy. Since I had tried everything else, I made the appointment. First, I was amazed that there was no wait time. I was scheduled immediately. Then when I went in, Dr. Ron asked me a few questions, listened intently, and knew exactly what to do. One Hour later, I felt a difference. I had suffered for 10 months and he made a difference in ONE HOUR!
It took a total of eight sessions to completely alleviate my pain. Again, I had terrible heel pain for 10 months. I feared that this was a new, annoying part of my life. I had decided that if I wanted to play tennis, this was just part of it. Every time I stood up I would have to grit my teeth through the first few steps. It was That Painful! Enter, Dr. Ron and Pursuit Physical Therapy. Now, I am completely pain free! I play competitive tennis 5 days a week, and I run 20 – 25 miles a week. Dr. Ron is AMAZING! If you are having any pain at all, don’t wait! Call Dr. Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy! He CAN HELP! I cannot believe I waited so long before getting his help. He takes the time to hear you. He takes great care in your treatment. And, he explains every step of the way. My tennis teammates and I call him “The Magician”. Don’t wait! Don’t live with pain! Call Dr. Ron Miller and Pursuit Physical Therapy! You won’t regret it!”
