He then went on to complete a Post-Doctoral Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at Florida Hospital, where he furthered his specialized training and published research: “Application of Regional Interdependence in a 20-Year-Old Male Baseball Player with Recurrent Non-Specific Low Back Pain: A Retrospective Case Report”, highlighting a new treatment concept of how impairments in other neighboring joints influence the primary complaint of pain. Dr. Miller is credentialed by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Dr. Miller also has advanced manual therapy and dry needling training with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He is considered an expert in orthopedic physical therapy and has published multiple research manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals.

He prides himself on getting his patients better faster, by using the most current evidenced-based interventions, and doing what is best for the patient’s goals.

His core belief is that it is not about the physician, the physical therapist, or the insurance company: it is about what is truly best for the patient.
