If you are struggling with aches and pains from sitting too long, try these 4 stretches to gain mobility and get rid of stiffness from sitting!
  1. Hip flexor stretch 3 sets of 30 seconds
  2. Thoracic foam roll 2 minutes
  3. Cat/cow 3 sets of 10 reps
  4. Thoracic rotation 3 sets of 10 per side
